Healthy back

If you have ever had back pain, you know that it is miserable. But here are some great ways to help you with your bad back. First you will need to learn how to stretch and strengthen your back. You can do this by doing daily stretches to relive tension and by doing back exercises to have strong back muscles. One great one is to lie on the floor on your stomach and lift yourself up on your elbows so you look like a cobra. This is one of my favorites.
Learn how to lift properly so you do not damage your back more. Learn to bend with your knees and to keep the back straight. Always keep the object you are carrying close to your body.
If you do have back pain, relax your muscles by applying heat on your back. This will aliviate some pain. Also try taking some Tylenol or ibuprofen to aliviate swelling and pain.
